All prices based on UP TO 6 people sharing, for parties of above 6 people please ask about additional cost.
For
bookings of a week or more a welcome pack is included free consisting
of a home cooked traditional Valencian meal with dessert and a bottle
of wine and breakfast for the following morning, plus basics like tea,
coffee etc.
25% deposit is needed to secure your booking.
All
discounted prices are for a minimum stay of one full week. Discounts on
stays of less than one week are at owners discretion.
Cleaning
is done before arrival and a standard clean after your departure any further cleaning during your stay
will be an extra charge.
Towels and bed linen are provide throughout
your stay including pool towels, but these must not be taken off the premises.
A laundry washing, drying and ironing service can be provide on request as extra.
A
damages deposit is required at the time of making payment or on arrival at €100 euros
this is fully refundable at the time of departure unless there are any
damages or breakages in the villa.
Please be aware the owner has the right to remove or limited facilities at the villa if they are damaged or mistreated.
